Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Selected health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery


Digital Products

Digital products (including downloadable software, files, or online resources) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase is completed.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds will not be issued unless:

  • The file is corrupted or defective, and

  • The issue cannot be resolved by providing a replacement or access again

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for further details

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@grabvalues.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@grabvalues.com with details of the issue. Our team will provide return instructions.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
